- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

- Ship the Product Back: Once you have received the RA number, securely package the item(s) and return them to the address provided by our customer support team. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange request within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Digital content, software, or downloadable products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Opened or used smartwatches, accessories, or any other products that have been used or altered in any way.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
